This beautifully furnished home has it all – a beautiful, peaceful, Zen setting with a great fenced private backyard and large garage along with plenty of off street parking, located in a lovely quiet neighborhood.
3 bedrooms, 2 baths, all on one level, sleeps 6 (2 queen beds & 2 twin beds). All appointments in the home are 5 stars, including top of the line organic linens, lovely furnishings and art, fully stocked kitchen, fire pit table for outdoor dining in the backyard, great front porch to watch the world go by and a whole home auto generator to keep you going just in case. All the amenities you could hope for are included!
The yard always looks great – the gardener will show up every other week to keep things always looking beautiful. You name it, Pine Street Retreat has got it all! This home is perfect for people that want to enjoy all of downtown Nevada City without a car and the ‘infamous’ Tribute Trail is just minutes from your front door!
Nevada City is a small town with a big list of things to do and see! Known as California’s best preserved Gold Rush town, Nevada City has much more to offer – You’ll have tons of choices for great food, lots of interesting art galleries to walk through, and plenty of photo opportunities on the historic streets. Nestled in a basin on the Western Slope of the Sierra Nevada, it is framed and protected by ridgetops and promontories. At the gateway to the Tahoe National Forest, Nevada City offers fantastic hiking, biking and water recreation. Also, world class skiing and snowboarding are within an hour’s drive.
We are a couple from the Bay Area. We have traveled the world, both near & far and fell in love with Nevada City. It is a special locale for us, a place to retreat and leave our cares behind. We come here to get away from our traditional busy life in a metropolitan big city to a fun and charming small town. Every day is a holiday here in Nevada City!
